GB News host cuts off guest in tense exchange as show hit by error
A GB News host was forced to interrupt a guest on this morning's breakfast show after a bit of a blunder. Cameron Walker and Dawn Neeson were at the helm of the news channel early this morning as they welcomed on a number of guests, including Andy Jones.
They had been discussing all things Christmas - from trees to dinners - when things came to a sudden halt. Andy was expressing concerns over supermarket issuing "do not eat" warnings over bacteria fears.
But as he tried to get his points a static-like noise kept crackling over him and eventually he was interrupted by the host.
Cameron stammered before cutting in to say: "Andy, I'm afraid we've got a little bit of an issue with your mic. So we're going to hopefully try and sort that." The presenter then moved on to the next guest on the show, leaving Andy's points unheard.

Posting to Twitter/X she posed in her glitzy blazer and smiled into the camera, sitting next to Cameron, with the Christmas tree in the background.
Promoting the show, she wrote: Sparkly Christmas breakfast live @GBNEWS @CameronDLWalker & me live 6-9.30 #GBNews."
Fans were delighted, with one writing: "Love the glam. You do bring brightness to our mornings," while another added: "What a team!"
