Sky Bad Tidings: Chris McCausland and Lee Mack star in new Christmas film

A new festive film featuring Strictly Come Dancing champion Chris McCausland is set to premiere on Sky. The movie, titled Bad Timings, revolves around two feuding neighbours, Scott (Chris McCausland) and Neil (Lee Mack), who constantly bicker over Christmas lights, bins, and Scott's appointment as the head of the Neighbourhood Watch.

However, when their suburb descends into darkness, they must unite to protect their community from a crime spree orchestrated by the notorious Brennan family. Mirror reports  the Sky original will debut on December 22 on Sky and NOW, with the film available on demand.

But who are the stars of this anticipated film and how can you watch the new festive film?

Lee Mack, portraying Neil, is renowned for his lead role in the BBC sitcom Not Going Out and his hosting gigs on comedy panel show Would I Lie To You, ITV game show The 1% Club, and Sky Original game show Duck Quacks Don't Echo.

Chris McCausland, playing Scott, is a celebrated stand-up comedian known for appearances on panel shows like Have I Got News For You, Would I Lie To You?, and 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown.

His comedy often draws from his experiences as a blind man. He is also a contestant in the 2024 series of BBC1 dance show Strictly Come Dancing.

Off-screen, Lee and Chris share a close friendship and have previously collaborated on an episode of Not Going Out titled The Train and presented an award at the TV BAFTAs. The cast also includes:

Bad Tidings is set to air on Sky and NOW on December 22, with catch-up options available for those who miss the initial broadcast.
