OTTAWA, Ontario -- Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc. (TSX-V: YFI) (the “Company” or “Edgewater Wireless”) is pleased to announce its intention to increase the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement financing from $1,100,000 to $1,950,000.
