Uniqlo To Release 'DAN DA DAN' UT Capsule Collection

Riding on the hype of DAN DA DAN, UNIQLO has revealed an upcoming UT T-shirt capsule starring iconic characters and graphics from the Science SARU-animated series.

Releasing in late February of 2025,  the UT T-shirt drop comprises four unique graphic imprints against a black, gray, or white colored background. The anime’s official poster visual graces the black tee as a large color-graphic, depicting protagonists, Momo and Okarun against a background of occult and extraterrestrial threats. Meanwhile, the gray tee features a muted illustration of Okarun in his Turbo Granny form.

As for the two white tees, both variants take on a much more subtle approach for the front, while the backs are adorned with large color graphics. One option spotlights a small embroidered patch on its front, which incorporates the Katakana characters of “DAN DA DAN” in a red and color scheme. Contrastingly, the back of the tee depicts  Turbo Granny in her lucky cat form - the series’ cutest mascot - with large title lettering overlays.

Last but not least, the remaining white tee comes with a small chest pocket with embroidered “DAN DA DAN” Japanese letterings. The drama is on the back as the tee showcases Okarun, Momo and Aira alongside Turbo Granny (cat form) standing in front of large letterings: “Do you believe in ghosts and aliens?” In addition, the anime’s blurb is also implemented in small print under the characters.

The assortment of T-shirts are all priced at ¥1,500 JPY (approx. $10 USD) and will be available to shop via UNIQLO in February 2025.
