BBC Newsnight's Victoria Derbyshire disgusted over Gregg Wallace's 'Eton Mess' sex comment
Newsnight presenter Victoria Derbyshire appeared to be visibly repulsed as Gregg Wallace's ghostwriter recounted the alleged sexual remarks he made towards her.
The MasterChef star has been embroiled in controversy following claims about his conduct. Over a span of 17 years, more than a dozen individuals have accused him of making unsuitable sexual comments and jokes.
The television personality is also facing allegations of groping - with additional people coming forward. He has refuted these claims, with his legal representatives asserting: "It is entirely false that he engages in behaviour of a sexually harassing nature".
In a recent interview, Wallace's ghostwriter Shannon Kyle, who collaborated with him on his autobiography 'Life on a Plate' in 2012, levelled accusations of sexual harassment against him, including making sexually explicit remarks. Wallace's lawyer responded to the BBC stating: "Our client has denied that he has engaged in any such behaviour, and he specifically denies any sexual misconduct with Ms Kyle."
Kyle alleged that he exposed himself by dropping his towel, spoke graphically about his sexual experiences, touched her thigh and buttocks, and uttered inappropriate comments during a restaurant meeting concerning his book. She detailed the purported remarks, which she had documented in an email to a friend, reports the Mirror.

During another instance while dining with him, as she had dessert, she alleged that he remarked whilst she was indulging in Eton Mess: "What would you think if I put some of the Eton Mess you're eating on my willy, then? "
Across the table on Newsnight, Victoria appeared visibly repulsed as she gasped: "Oh my god," and questioned: "So, how did you react when you said those things?"
Kyle responded by saying: "I mean when he asked about the Eton Mess, I actually said, 'I think you look pretty stupid'. What I really wanted to do was just push the Eton Mess across the table and let it land on his lap and walk out and never see him again.
"I knew exactly what was going on because... I've never encountered this before, it's almost like a different breed of sexual harassment.
"It's like these little word grenades that are thrown to gauge my reaction. So I tried to stay unresponsive; I attempted to brush them aside, to laugh or divert the conversation."
When prompted about her internal reaction, Kyle confessed it felt "really revolting" and "sickening".
