I'm A Celeb's saucy shower scenes could be scrapped as one star speaks out
I'm A Celebrity chiefs have conceded that the once-popular jungle shower is no longer a central feature of the show.
The shower was once famed for Myleene Klass' memorable white bikini scene, but in the latest series, many contestants have indicated they won't be baring all, with Tulisa Contostavlos even opting for black swimwear to "not draw attention" to herself.
Executive producer Olly Nash revealed that the topic of showering and modesty has been a hot topic among celebrities this year.
He said: "The last person that used to shower regularly naked in the nude was Brian Paddock. I can't even remember what year that was, but he would stand there facing outwards, and it was quite a confronting sight. The only other person really in the last few years has been Nigel Farage, who just carried on anyway, but obviously he faced the wall."
"It's funny, they [celebs] have all asked about that this year, but most people just cover themselves up. And it's absolutely changed. I think the whole world has changed, hasn't it? A lot over the years, and people are less likely to get in there and want to flaunt themselves."
"They ask can you shower nude, do people shower nude. And you go, 'you're absolutely welcome'. Obviously, you need to be respectful of everybody around you. But the choice is yours. Most people don't. Most people wear swimmers. Most people face the wall anyway", reports the Mirror.

ITV is aiming to recapture the jovial spirit reminiscent of the year Harry Redknapp triumphed.

Olly remarked: "One of the golden years was a really positive year, like the Harry Redknapp year of 2018 so this is a great cast which is positive, happy, they're all really sort of celebrating, and can't wait to get in."

They all do as you know, they all bond together anyway. They all become one big family and this year I think there's a stronger chance of becoming a stronger family and those relationships continuing beyond the show. The chances of that happening are much greater than before."
"The camp puts everybody on equal footing. And the great thing with that is the camp exposes everybody, and it's just how you perform within this group. It's not really everything on the outside. There's obviously loads of stories that people have got to tell. But once you're in here you have nothing but yourself."
