More Reports Confirm Linda McMahon Is a Potential Trump Cabinet Pick

It was previously reported, Linda McMahon is considered a frontrunner to lead the Department of Commerce under President-elect Donald Trump. During the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that he received media calls that confirmed that McMahon is being considered for the position. He noted that those on the media call were preparing stories for the official announcement and added he wasn’t surprised she was being added to the Cabinet.

He said (via Wrestling Inc): “While it has not been officially announced — I mean, I (…) yesterday and today I got a lot of media calls about Linda McMahon and the Secretary of the Congress. It’s basically, what I was told, that it’s happening and everybody’s waiting for the official announcement. So, she’s a big Republican donor, got power in the party because of that, and that’s kind of how it works. I know people who believe it’s ludicrous still, and perhaps it is, but no more ludicrous than anything else going on politics now.“
