LET Group Holdings has encountered another challenge, as Bennie Kwok Kai Bun, the sole independent non-executive director, announced his resignation Monday. His departure leaves three board committees without any members. Before resigning, Kwok served on the audit, remuneration, nomination, and risk management committees. His resignation follows that of two other directors, Tou Kin Chuen and John Lo Wai Tung, who left last week, citing their inability to contribute meaningfully to the company’s efforts to resume share trading.
