Bryson DeChambeau set for groundbreaking move away from LIV Golf in 2025
Bryson DeChambeau is anticipated to make his first Tour start away from LIV Golf in two years, participating in the Asian Tour in India in 2025.
DeChambeau, a prominent figure in golf, made headlines when he left his PGA Tour membership to join the LIV setup in 2022.
Despite his Tour ban, he has been successful, securing two individual LIV titles, the 2023 Team Championship with Crushers GC, and being named US Open champion at Pinehurst No.2 this summer.

The International Series forms part of the Asian Tour, where the winner of the year-long Order of Merit is rewarded with a promotion to the LIV roster. The Series has hosted events across Asia and globally in recent years, attracting some big names along the way.

Now, it's expected that DeChambeau will follow in the footsteps of his fellow major winner.

The Asian Tour has yet to officially confirm the India event, but an announcement is expected imminently.
The International Series, supported by the deep pockets of the Saudi Public Investment Fund, acts as a feeder tour to the contentious LIV league. With events rolled out across Asia and Europe, the series is carving its niche while supporting LIV's ambitious goal to take golf global.
DeChambeau expressed his views on the subject earlier in the year: "I feel like there's multiple ways to grow the game," he commented. "Actions speak louder than words, and I feel like with LIV and what we've done, where we've gone across the world, as well as what I'm able to do on my YouTube platform.
"It has shown a different light to how the game of golf is consumed, how we're able to provide entertainment, how we're able to showcase unique personalities and different people. I feel like I have tried to give a different avenue towards consuming the game of golf, which is great.

"If that helps bring people over to want to go hit golf balls on the driving range, that's what I care about. If it helps inspire a young kid to go up and swing a golf club, that's what I'm here for."
DeChambeau's forthcoming venture into India represents merely his second outing away from the allure of the LIV Golf Invitational Series circuit (excluding majors), trailing his engagement at the PIF Saudi International earlier in February 2023.
