Escape To The Country star spots 'concerning' detail just minutes into the show
Escape To The Country's Jules Hudson expressed his apprehensions in the opening minutes of Monday's (14 October) show.
The 54-year-old host was on a mission to find the perfect spot for Jo and Nick's wellness retreat in the serene North Wales countryside, away from their current abode in Reading, Berkshire.
The duo had dreams of embracing a secluded life, with plans to transform their North Wales home into a tranquil haven for yoga and sound bath sessions.
With a generous budget of £600,000, they were in search of a detached home boasting two to four bedrooms, an acre of land, idyllic rural views, and the potential for a holiday let or studio space.
At the start of the episode, Jules remarked: "Well, today's couple loves outdoor sports and nature so no surprise they want to come here to North Wales regarded by many as the adventure capital of Europe. As for the nature and the views, I think they speak for themselves!", reports Wales Online.

By the end of the episode, it emerged that Jo and Nick were holding off on making offers in North Wales until they received one on their own property.
This episode follows another Escape To The Country pair who faced disappointment upon discovering a significant flaw in their would-be dream house.
On Friday's (October 11) episode of the beloved BBC show, presenter Steve Brown embarked on a quest to help a couple find their idyllic home in Cornwall, as they confessed that their current residence beside a bustling road left them feeling "miserable".

Graphic designer Michael and his wife Jackie, a library assistant, were eager to embark on a new chapter in England's most south-westerly county, a place where they had enjoyed numerous joyous family holidays.
Having met 41 years prior in an art studio, the pair expressed their desire to downsize from their Hertfordshire abode now that their three children had flown the nest.
Armed with a budget of £750,000, they sought a property brimming with light, boasting at least three bedrooms for family visits, a spacious kitchen/diner, and crucially, a studio space for Jackie's painting pursuits and a garage for Michael.
Steve arranged a series of viewings tailored to the couple's requirements. One particular Georgian house in Roscroggan caught their eye, but it came with one significant drawback.
Despite their affection for the property, the couple chose not to make an offer on it or any other houses they viewed during their appearance on the show. Thus, their quest for their dream home persists.
Escape To The Country airs on weekdays at 3pm on BBC One.
