Man Utd news LIVE: Erik ten Hag 'sack agreement' reached as club bosses meet in London
Manchester United will decide Erik ten Hag's fate today as the club's executive committee gathers in London for a long-standing summit. The Dutchman is at serious risk of the sack, having failed to improve United's fortunes at the start of the season.
Links to Thomas Tuchel are brewing again after the German met Sir Jim Ratcliffe in Monaco during a hunt for a potential replacement in the summer.
United also spoke to Thomas Frank, Roberto De Zerbi, Mauricio Pochettino, Kieran McKenna, Marco Silva and Roberto Martinez following May's FA Cup win.

David Moyes has publicly backed Erik ten Hag amidst intense uncertainty over his future.
"I think he's doing a brilliant job. I think he's showed brilliant resilience in the situation he's in," Moyes told BBC Sport last night.
"I think he should be credited for how well he's conducted himself. As far as I know, I don't see him ducking any questions or media interviews put forward to him.
"So I think you have to give him great credit for that. But it's a job that's going to attract immense pressure, people talking.
"So I have to say I think he's done a brilliant job."

Sir Jim Ratcliffe recently shrugged off the responsibility of making the final decision on Erik ten Hag's future.
"I like Erik, I think he’s a very good coach but, at the end of the day, it’s not my call," Ratcliffe told BBC Sport last week.
"It’s the management team that’s running Manchester United that have to decide how we best run the team in many different respects."
However, the three-man committee involving Ratcliffe, Sir Dave Brailsford and Joel Glazer will have the final say.
That will come based on the recommendation of sporting executives Omar Berrada, Dan Ashworth and Jason Wilcox.

If that doesn't suggest he's confident that he's safe for now, his comments after Sunday's 0-0 draw at Aston Villa do.
"I speak continuously with them. We always talk. I would say every day we talk," Ten Hag explained as he dismissed "external talk" about his future.
"Internal, we are disappointed, we know we have to do better, especially we need to score more."
2 hours ago07:29Alex TurkMan Utd don't want to sack Erik ten HagManchester United bosses have reportedly privately agreed that they would really prefer to avoid sacking Erik ten Hag.
According to ESPN, United don't want to part ways with the Dutchman after backing him with £200m in the summer transfer window.
The Red Devils also extended his contract by a year until 2026, significantly increasing his payout should he be dismissed.
But that may not stop the club from doing what they believe is best for business after today's meeting in London.
Ten Hag is still under massive pressure, regardless of whether he's in charge against Brentford on October 19.
