QT Marshall Says He Agreed to Wrestle for TNA Prior to Leaving AEW

In an interview with Gabby AF (via Fightful), QT Marshall revealed that before he left AEW back in November of last year, he had an agreement to wrestle for TNA Wrestling. He returned to AEW in February of this year.

He said: “I can wrestle for anyone else, obviously besides WWE. Even for a moment there, I was gonna work for TNA and still work for Tony. I was like part, before I even left a year ago, Scott D’Amore and I, we had made an agreement and Tony was gonna help pay for my flights, it was great. Scott didn’t reach back out and I was like, ‘Hey, what’s going on?’. Obviously, he knew what was going to happen so he didn’t. But now i’m working for him for Maple Leaf Wrestling in a couple of weeks, so I’m excited about that.“
