Two taxi drivers die after exiting their vehicles

Two taxi drivers died on Saturday after being hit by a car while standing on the Kong Sham Western Highway. Police said a red taxi and a green taxi had collided at about 3 pm, as they were heading northbound, and both drivers had got out of their vehicles. Both of them were rushed to Tin Shui Wai Hospital, where they were certified dead. Officers said the car driver had been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving causing death. A taxi passenger also suffered minor injuries, and was sent to Tuen Mun Hospital.
