This Morning fans beg for show to be taken off air as they issue same complaint

This Morning: Alison and Dermot dance to Beyonce track

This Morning viewers pleaded with the hosts to make it "stop" as Dermot O'Leary and Alison Hammond enthusiastically danced to noughties chartbusters.

The lively pair, who were presenting Friday's programme on September 27, tackled a variety of discussions. They energetically grooved to Beyonces hit Crazy In Love during their jukebox section while reminiscing about favourite tunes from two decades ago.

However, certain sections of the audience weren't pleased just minutes into the broadcast. Turning to X, formerly recognised as Twitter, spectators expressed their feelings.

One disgruntled watcher commented: "Please stop!"

A different viewer, obviously discontented, complained: "Not sure why we have to have this annoying dancing every Fri," reports the Mirror.

Yet another added: "God, it's awful already."

Conversely, there was commentary on Hammond addressing the incorrect camera, with a tweet highlighting: "Alison speaking to the wrong camera sums up this show."

Despite some negative feedback, several admirers were charmed by the duo's high spirits. A supporter countered the criticism saying: "Dancing always cracks me up."

Another shared: "I need Alison and Dermot's energy today."

In a twist, Alison and Demot weren't alone in facing disapproval this week upon commencing the show. Regular hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard also found themselves under scrutiny after they kicked off Wednesday's episode on September 25 amidst a flurry of critique.

Starting the show on a festive note, Cat and Ben serenaded viewers with It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas, oozing cheerfulness as they reminded everyone that Christmas was just 91 days away.

However, not everyone shared in the festive spirit so early in the year, with numerous viewers taking to social media to express their disbelief that the C-word was being mentioned in September. On Twitter, one exasperated fan exclaimed: "Why are they talking about Christmas?"

Another disgruntled viewer tweeted with clear annoyance: "Remind me in November please, I couldn't give a toss about Christmas now."

The sentiment was echoed by another who commented: "Sydnie Christmas doing an item about Christmas. In September #ThisMorning."

A separate Twitter user called for a later start to the Christmas hype, suggesting: "#ThisMorning The Christmas buildup shouldn't start until 1st December."
