Gregory Maguire's novel Wicked is getting a collector's edition release later this month in celebration of the upcoming film adaptation. Wicked: Collector's Edition is available to preorder for a big discount ahead of its September 24 release. You can preorder the gorgeous new edition of Wicked for $28 at Amazon and Walmart, a 30% discount from its $40 list price. Other retailers, including Target and Barnes & Noble, are taking preorders for full price, so fans may want to grab the Wicked: Collector's Edition deal soon.

Wicked is the first novel in Maguire's series that reimagines L. Frank Baum's classic children's novel turned beloved film, The Wizard of Oz. A new paperback box set featuring all four novels in The Wicked Years saga releases. October 1.
