Zenith Debuts its First Defy Skyline Chronograph Boutique Edition

Back in April, Zenith premiered the Defy Skyline Chronograph at Watches & Wonders Geneva. Less than half a year later, the Swiss Maison now announces the model’s first-ever boutique edition, starring a slate gray and gold dial.

Arriving in a 42mm stainless steel case, the reference boasts Zenith’s emblematic octagonal shape with a multi-faceted bezel. Its slate gray dial creates a metallic synergy with its case and bracelet, complete with the three overlapping chronograph counters in a tonal hue. Meanwhile, a warm gold tone accentuates and enriches the watch face in the form of engraved stars, applied indices and hands.

The El Primero 3600 movement, Zenith’s pride and also the beating heart of this timepiece, provides around 60 hours of continuous power to its quintessential functions, spanning hour, minutes, date, stop-second and a 1/10th of a second chronograph function.

Synonymous with its forebearers, the boutique-exclusive Defy Skyline Chronograph features a 12,900 CHF /$13,400 USD price tag. The reference comes with an integrated steel bracelet as well as an additional black rubber strap, available for purchase only in Zenith’s offline and online boutiques.
