With the international break now officially over, it's all eyes back on the Premier League for Manchester United this week.

Erik ten Hag's side need a big reaction following their double humiliation against Brighton and most recently rivals Liverpool last time out.

They'll get the chance to put things right on Saturday afternoon when the Red Devils make the long trip down to the south coast for a midday meeting with Southampton.

All eyes will be on Ten Hag and co. to see how they'll respond to recent setbacks, with anything but three points likely to pile the pressure on the Dutch manager even more.

How Man United could've done with Rasmus Hojlund leading the line in recent weeks.

He might've just saved them from back-to-back defeats!

But the bad news for United fans is it could still be some time until they see the Danish striker back on the pitch.

That's because, according to ESPN, United are taking no chances with Hojlund's return.

It's claimed an assessment will be done ahead of the weekend trip to Southampton, but the chances of him featuring already look slim.

The Red Devils want to avoid rushing him back too soon.
