Emmerdale: Tom realises something is wrong as Cain brushes past

Emmerdale viewers have been left hoping Cain Dingle makes Tom King suffer before he is thrown in prison for abusing Belle.

After exploring different scenarios on how she can end her estranged husband's abusive streak, brave Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper) finally opened up to Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) and confessed the living hell Tom had been putting her through.

Belle was scared that nobody would believe her after Tom (James Chase) successfully managed to make most people think that she was the one displaying problematic behaviour because of her history of mental health issues. But Charity listened and understood.

With Belle adamant that she didn’t want the police involved, they agreed to be patient. Charity also told furious Cain (Jeff Hordley) who had to resist attacking Tom in revenge.

But when Tom realised the Dingles knew what had been happening to Belle, he was left frustrated and anxious, particularly at the prospect of what Cain might do to him.

Emmerdale viewers are now hoping Belle will lawfully seek justice on Tom, but they are urging Cain to give him a parting gift.

Taking to X, one viewer wrote: "I don't mind the Dingles leaving Tom to the Law.. BUT PLEASE let him get one hell of a beating sometime from Cain #Emmerdale."

A second exclaimed: "Whilst I totally get why Cain was chill(ish) about all that Tom had been doing to Belle, I still wish he’d have one bombed him when he walked past him. #Emmerdale."
