Saturday Kitchen viewers issued a warning after a guest who'd accidentally made an X-rated blunder during the live BBC show returned.

Poppy O'Toole left fans in hysterics when she appeared on the show last March. The awkward moment unfolded as the TikTok star and guest chef was rustling up some food for singer Alesha Dixon.

Poppy was cooking alongside host Matt Tebbutt and told him that she was let go from her job but ended up with millions of followers on the social media site all because of her potato-related posts. She was then asked about her incredible rise to fame.

Poppy started to explain to Matt, and was supposed to say that she won her following "on a whim", but accidentally used the word "q***" instead - a rude word used to describe a woman's private part. And bizarrely Poppy used the phrase three times, before being corrected.

function loadOvpScript(){let el=document.createElement('script');el.setAttribute('src','https://live.primis.tech/live/liveView.php?s=118222&playerApiId=v118222');document.getElementById('ovp-primis').appendChild(el)} window.top.addEventListener('primisPlayerInit',e=>{try{if(e.detail&&e.detail.playerApiId==="v118222"){if(window.document.getElementsByClassName('jwplayer')[0]){e.detail.float('disable')}}}catch(e){}});window.addEventListener('DOMContentLoaded',()=>{setTimeout(()=>{if(typeof flagTcfLoaded!=='undefined'&&flagTcfLoaded===!0){loadOvpScript() ExpressApp.Log('[Load] OVP flagTcfLoaded',new Date())}else{document.addEventListener("tcfLoaded",()=>{loadOvpScript() ExpressApp.Log('[Load] OVP tcfLoaded',new Date())})}},1500)})

And after being corrected by host Matt, she asked: "What's a q***?" But instead of explaining, he brushed the question off and decided to move on to a different topic. Later on in the show, however, Matt said he'd learned what q*** meant and said he'd explain it to Poppy after the show, reports the Mirror.

Poppy was a confirmed guest chef on today's show (September 7), alongside guests Graham Norton, Helen Goh, Yotam Ottolenghi and Helen McGinn. When Poppy was confirmed as a guest on the show, fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts.

Fans flocked to Twitter with excitement, as one viewer exclaimed: "It's LIVE ...... #SaturdayKitchen." (sic)

Despite these fears, Poppy sailed through her appearance on the show. She whipped up delectable turkey birria tacos using a slow cooker and discussed her latest culinary book much to the viewers' delight.
