BBC Breakfast star Louise Minchin updates on new career three years after show exit
Louise Minchin was happier than ever as she graced screens once again during a rare TV appearance on James Martin's Saturday Morning.
The TV icon, 56, couldn't stop smiling as she joined the celebrity chef on his programme to undergo a cooking lesson for flat fish and brown butter, along with updating on what she's been up to since her BBC Breakfast departure which was nearly three years ago.
Back in September 2021, Louise officially retired from the morning programme during a tearful episode with her then co-star Dan Walker paying tribute. Since leaving the show, Louise has taken a step back from on-air duties and has instead been focusing on putting pen to paper.
The former host has taken up writing fiction and has written two novels but was appearing on James's self-titled show to launch her third publication - Isolation Island.
