GB News Eamonn Holmes was bemused on air when he learnt Oasis had been comprised of more than just Liam and Noel Gallagher.

Eamonn and GB News Breakfast co-host Isabel Webster were discussing the reunion of the iconic 90s band with rock journalist Mick Wall when he made the startling admission.

"So it's Liam and Noel. It always was the Liam and Noel show, and it will be something to see I'm absolutely sure," Mick commented.

"Yeah, I never knew that this was anything more than Noel or Liam," Eamonn laughed. "No, I didn't." He wasn't alone as Isabel responded: "As far as I'm concerned, it was really mainly Liam, but with a little bit of Noel in the background."

The brothers delighted fans this morning (August 27) announcing a 14 date reunion tour which will begin in Cardiff on July 4 next year.
