New residential developments worldwide are integrating unique wellness amenities typically found in luxury hotels, as a new global trend for holistic wellness increasingly blurs the line between residential living and resort-like experiences.

Chelsea NYC’s “Maverick” building, for example, features a spiritual concierge to boost residents’ mental health complete with meditation sanctuary, alongside it’s lap pool and fitness centre.
