Ocean Alliance has launched the Charter Experience Hub, an interactive online platform aimed at streamlining the yacht charter planning process.

The Charter Experience Hub is designed to centralise all aspects of charter coordination. Ocean Alliance, an Australian superyacht charter and brokerage company, says the new platform reduces the need for extensive email communication by facilitating real-time updates and maintaining live documents, ensuring all involved parties—brokers, charterers, captains, and crew—are consistently informed and up to date.

The platform includes a series of instructional videos developed by Ocean Alliance, featuring insights from yachting experts. These videos aim to guide clients, particularly those new to chartering, through the various elements of the charter experience and the roles of crew members.
