CAMBRIDGE, Ontario -- ATS Corporation (TSX: ATS) (NYSE: ATS) (“ATS” or the “Company”) confirmed today that it has successfully closed its previously announced private placement offering (the “Offering”) of C$400 million aggregate principal amount of 6.50% senior unsecured notes due August 21, 2032 (the “Notes”).
