Serial fly-tipper caught dumping rubbish in the street on nine occasions

This is the disturbing moment a woman was caught making nine journeys to dump rubbish along a residential street in Shropshire.

Footage from a CCTV camera shows her going back and forth with more items to abandon at a site in the estate of Malinslee, in Telford.

A fridge, a mattress, an old bicycle, cardboard boxes, then a bed frame – it is a list that goes on and on.

Wearing sunglasses as disguise, she is spotted casually discarding old household items along a driveway running alongside a building on private land.

Telford and Wrekin Council released footage of the middle-aged woman in a bid to track her down following the incident on August 7.

A spokesperson for the council said: ‘During nine separate trips, a fridge, mattress, cardboard boxes, a bed frame, highchair, baby walker, bicycle and other various items were dumped on private land.

‘Do you know who the woman is in this footage?’

After posting the appeal on social media, residents branded the woman’s action’s ‘down right disgusting’.

One wrote: ‘This is down right disgusting. I do hope they are recognised,fined heavily and all the items thrown back on their property where it came from.’

Another added: ‘I’m sure someone must know her. Hope she gets a massive fine and is made to take the stuff back to wherever she got it from.’

A third put: ‘If they can drive there why not the tip!’
