Bradley Walsh, the beloved host of The Chase, left viewers utterly astounded when he candidly discussed his health on the latest episode of the ITV quiz show. The 63 year old presenter was joined by four hopeful contestants aiming to win a hefty sum of money.

The moment came when Liz faced off against Chaser Paul Sinha and a particular question about Scrabble tiles prompted Bradley to share an unexpected personal detail. Initially puzzled by the query, which involved the colour coding of Scrabble tiles for scoring, the Sinnerman had to clarify the concept.

In a surprising twist, Bradley then confessed his understanding of the question, saying: "Fans at home are probably thinking 'what's he talking about he must be really dim' but no it's my colour blindness."

According to The Star, it wasn't long before fans took to social media to express their astonishment at Bradley's impromptu disclosure. One fan quipped: "Colour-blindness? That came right out of the green! " while another posted: "#thechase had no idea bradley was colour blind! ".

Another viewer playfully teased: "No, you're really dim colour blindness plays no role," and yet another commented: "It's not your colour blindness, Bradley", reports Chronicle Live.

Despite Liz securing £4,000 for the team, her fellow contestants were mercilessly eliminated by Sinha, who seemed to be in his usual top form. Left to face the final Chase alone, the American PHD student from York impressed both Bradley and the Sinnerman with a commendable score of ten.

However, it wasn't sufficient, as Paul caught up with her effortlessly, leaving one minute and a second to spare on the clock.
