Bobby Steveson Recalls Pitching WWE Entrance Themes, Sent In Linkin Park & Slipknot As Inspiration

Bobby Steveson recently recalled how he sent in songs from Linkin Park, Slipknot and more to WWE as inspiration for his entrance theme. The former Damon Kemp was on the Get Comfy Podcast and during the discussion he talked about pitching his entrance music and what tone he was looking for.

“When I was pitching theme songs, I kind wanted something that was hard to come out to, like a hard rock song with good bass,” Steveson said (per Fightful). “I like Finn Balor’s (theme) with the violins. I enjoyed that. I was sending in Linkin Park and a little bit of Slipknot and Devil Wears Prada. Just to have that hard bass. If I were to have a walkout song, I’d probably have ‘What I’ve Done’ by Linkin Park.”

Steveson exited WWE this month when his contract expired.
