Who Do You Think You Are: Vicky McClure's quiet life in Nottingham with famous husband
Line of Duty star Vicky McClure is set to delve into her past this evening on BBC One's Who Do You Think You Are? The show will explore her ancestors as she learns more about where she has come from.
The BBC programme will see Vicky trying to find out why her paternal grandmother Nonna Jean was given up by her family when she was a child.
The crime drama star will also look into the background of her mother's grandfather, Harry Millership, who died in a Japanese Prisoner of War camp in the Second World War.
When not finding out about her past relatives, Vicky, 41, lives a quiet life with her current family. She shares a beautiful home in Nottingham, which she largely keeps private, with her husband Jonny Owen.
The actress, who is best known for playing the role of DS Kate Fleming, is not the only star in her family home. She met her husband, Jonny, while working in showbiz.

Vicky and Jonny tied the knot last year (Image: Getty) How Vicky McClure met her husbandShe first met the 52-year-old Welsh actor, producer, and director in 2013 on the set of his film Svengali, where they played an on-screen couple. He is also known for playing the role of PC Ady in Channel 4's Shameless, as well as starring in Murphy's Law and My Family.
Vicky has been in a relationship with Jonny for over a decade, and after the couple got engaged in 2017, they finally married in August last year. According to Jonny, who was married once previously and has a daughter from that relationship, their attraction was instant.
He previously told Wales Online: "Obviously, I thought she was incredibly attractive. When I met her for the first time we got on very well. Then I remember we were walking down Southbank [in London] on a weekend break from filming and we were going to the Tate Modern and she turned to me and asked me if I fancied going to the pub instead. And I was like, well, yeah!
"I thought, 'What a girl'. I think we almost simultaneously both went, 'I fancy you!' It just tumbled from there and we haven't been apart since that moment. I think we went from 'I like you' in the pub to 'I love you' in about 10 seconds."

Inside Vicky McClure's homeVicky sometimes treats her fans into a glimpse of her family life with Jonny. During family occasions such as birthdays and Christmas, the star shares glimpses inside her stunning Nottingham property on Instagram.
The actress previously revealed that there are glass panelled doors between her living areas, while white walls and pale cream sofas provide a spacious and modern aesthetic. The kitchen also has a corner seating area with a round dining table and cushioned benches where she, Jonny and their pet dogs can all relax together.
As well as cosy kitchen dining area, the couple’s conservatory offers more room for hosting special family meals, including Christmas dinner.
