This Morning fans call for Josie and Rylan to be 'permanent' after show change
This Morning enthusiasts are clamouring for ITV chiefs to listen up and make Josie Gibson and Rylan Clark the regular presenters of the beloved morning programme.
The charismatic pair, who took over hosting duties on Monday and Tuesday, have been covering for regular anchors Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard while they enjoy their summer hiatus.
Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary have also had stints filling in for the popular duo during their break.
However, on Tuesday, viewers flocked to social media platform X to express their opinions regarding Josie and Rylan's partnership. One fan posted: "Josie and Rylan are a great Duo As iconic Host Together Please make them permanent #ThisMorning."
In agreement, another chimed in: "I wish @Rylan presented This Morning every day! It's fun to have him with Josie as well. #ThisMorning," reports the Mirror.

A third admirer praised: "Lovely seeing Rylan on #ThisMorning, a breath of fresh air," while another complimented: "#ThisMorning Must say @Rylan and Josie are looking lovely this morning!"
Continuing the stream of support, one viewer enthused: "Keep Josie and Rylan it's the first time I can watch again! ! ! ! #thismorning," while yet another pleaded: "#ThisMorning make them permanent. Josie and Rylan make the show worth watching.. Ben and Cat are not suited together nor individually for this show!"
Last week, Josie was seen presenting alongside Craig Doyle, before that, Dermot and Alison fronted the show until announcing their own breaks.

Dermo was seen giving Rochelle a heartfelt hug and expressing his gratitude with a "Thank you very much," to which she warmly replied: "It's been lovely."
As he discussed his upcoming time off, the well-known TV presenter mentioned: "So I'm back with Ali [Alison] in September on the first Friday so I guess that's the 6th."
Rochelle shared her own vacation intentions stating: "I am taking the kids away for a bit and then I am back here in a couple of weeks," In a display of camaraderie, she high-fived Dermot and revealed: "With Joel Dommett."
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV.
