Update on WWE Status of LA Knight After Recent Contract Negotiations

It was reported last year that LA Knight was in contract negotiations with WWE for a new five-year contract, although the two sides never came to an agreement at the time. Fightful Select reports that the negotiations have changed during this summer. Last year, the two sides were far apart on money. However, Knight has reportedly restructured and extended his WWE deal for a huge increase in money.

His original contract was set to expire in early 2025. A “significant” amount of time has been added to that along with the increase in pay. Knight will stay in the company for “a number of years.” He used an agent for the new deal and negotiations started up again after Wrestlemania.
