Netflix Love is Blind UK hosts Matt and Emma Willis hint at 'forever couple' in new series

Love Is Blind UK Official Teaser

Love Is Blind UK has finally hit Netflix, and hosting duo Matt Willis and Emma Willis have opened up on the eclectic lineup of Brits looking for love in the new reality show.

The famous pair, wedded since 2008, spilled the beans to the Express.co.uk and other media outlets just before viewers got their first taste of the show.

Featuring an array of participants, from Mental Health Nurse Jasmine to Product Design Manager Sam and Structural Landscaper Benaiah, the series showcases a diverse batch of hopeful romantics.

Though Matt and Emma steered clear of singling out any particular participants, they hinted heavily that at least one pairing from the series is set for a long-term romance.

"I think there's a real testament to love in this show and it's a really good message that love does conquer all," Matt said via the Daily Star.

Emma chimed in, saying: "I think there's a forever couple." Matt concurred: "I think there is! They're perfect for each other."

When probed about what makes the mystery couple so special, Emma teased: "You've got to watch it! I can't tell you - I don't want to give you any clues or you'll be like: 'I know who she's talking about!'"

Matt added his insight into relationships, saying: "I think with any relationship, when things are good things are good. But when you hit tough times and there's a rock in the road, that's when the real test in the relationship happens."

Revealing what to expect from the show, he concluded: "And I think you'll see moments like that in the show. That's when you're like, 'How strong is this?' And then you really see it."

In the same interview, discussing the rollercoaster journey of the couples on the show, Emma said: "I think everybody has a bump, but how big that bump is and how they navigate those bumps is what's different."

Matt elaborated: "I think that's what is so brilliant about this show. You really see that, however perfect something seems, everybody brings their own baggage with them.

"Whatever that is and however deep it is, it is there. And that will come to the surface at some point in a relationship and you see that and that's what is so great about it."

Love Is Blind UK premiered on Wednesday, August 7 on Netflix. Part 2 will be released on August 14, followed by Part 3 on August 21.
