ITV GMB suddenly halted as struggling Kate Garraway issued three-word demand to continue
Kate Garraway had to bring Good Morning Britain to a sudden halt as Ed Balls urged her to try and carry on. The duo teamed up for the fourth time this week, presenting Wednesday's edition (August 8) of the ITV programme.
With the Olympics now into its final week, Kate queried whether it is wrong to admire male olympians, but not just for their athleticism.
During the Paris Olympics, a number of men taking part have caught the attention of crows, with the GMB hosts asking whether it's wrong to "ogle" male olympians. "Is it wrong to appreciate members...," Kate said before breaking out into laughter. The broadcaster placed her head in her hand as she struggled to continue.
"I just feel like... I'm waiting for it," Kate quipped as Ed demanded: "Stick with it!" Composing herself, Kate explained how these athletes are in the peak of their physical fitness, therefore asked if there is anything wrong with simply admiring that.

Ed Balls and Kate Garraway (Image: ITV)Ed, 57, joked that he finds it upsetting when women ogle him, with Kate responding: "We're only human, Ed." It comes after Good Morning Britain was hit with thousands of Ofcom complaints following Ed's interview with his wife Yvette Cooper.
ITV viewers rushed to the broadcasting regulator to submit complaints relating to both the questioning of Coventry South MP Zarah Sultana and Ed interviewing his wife on air.
The discussions which took place on Monday (August 5) delved into the violent riots which took place over the weekend in towns and cities throughout the UK.
There was unrest in Liverpool, Bristol, Manchester, Hull, Stoke-on-Trent, Blackpool and Belfast, with missiles thrown, shops targeted and police attacked in some places. Kate and Ed interviewed a number of guests about the incidents, including the presenter's wife of 26 years, who is the current Home Secretary.

More than 8,000 complaints were made from viewers, who argued that it would be impossible for him to remain impartial due to their relationship, arguing that it was "ridiculous" and said another presenter should’ve stepped in.
Despite the complaints, ITV defended their decision as a spokesperson stated: "Following a weekend of rioting and national unrest, GMB featured a range of interviews and discussion around this national emergency on today’s programme which included James Cleverly, shadow home secretary, and Yvette Cooper, home secretary.
The spokesperson added: "We are satisfied that these interviews were balanced, fair and duly impartial."
