– Fightful Select has additional backstage notes from last night’s post-SummerSlam edition of WWE Raw. As previously reported, Dakota Kai was previously announced for a scheduled matchup against Sonya Deville last night on Raw. However, before the match could get underway, she was attacked by Damage CTRL. Fightful reports that Kai is still currently listed on the active roster. It’s unknown why she was taken out of the match.

– WWE SmackDown Superstars and former WWE Tag Team Champions, A-Town Down Under (Austin Theory and Grayson Waller), worked last night’s Raw, where they lost to Awesome Truth. Fightful Select reports that they aren’t expected to be making regular appearances on Raw.

– Fightful reports that there isn’t an official name yet internally for the trio of Chad Gable and The Creed Brothers yet. In the main event, they lost a six-man tag team match to The Wyatt Sick6.

– Lastly, Fightful notes that Isla Dawn was backstage last night, though she was not used on TV. Her tag team partner, Alba Fyre, did work the Main Event TV tapings. Additionally, Natalya is reportedly still not back on the road yet with WWE. Natalya reportedly signed a new contract with WWE last month.
