Buddy Matthews Returns on AEW Collision, Attacks the Patriarchy

Buddy Matthews made his return on tonight’s episode of AEW Collision, helping to attack the AEW Trios champions, the Patriarchy. The segment began with Christian Cage giving the belts to himself, Nick Wayne and Mother Wayne (but not Killswitch). Before that drama could be resolved, the House of Black interrupted. Cage mocked them, noting that his group took out Matthews and there were only two of them. The lights went out and Matthews appeared, causing the group to run.

At that point, the Bang Bang Gang came out. The Patriarchy attempted to escape through the crowd, before Kip Sabian prevented Nick from doing so. He was then thrown into the ring where the House of Black attacked him.
