Emmerdale fans are speculating that Kim Tate may have murdered Rose Jackson. In the episode aired on August 1, Will Taylor was seen regretting his decision to sleep with his ex-wife Rose, behind Kim's back.

Despite Rose's attempts to lighten the mood, Will insisted their tryst was a grave error, blaming it on alcohol. However, Rose seemed to want more from him, suggesting they "be a family again", before their conversation was cut short by the manipulative Ruby Fox-Milligan.

Meanwhile, Kim left the B&B with plans to return to Home Farm and her husband Will, now fully aware of Ruby's plot to break up her marriage by paying off Rose's debts.

After confessing her scheme to Will and blaming Ruby, Rose urged him to leave Kim for her.

Upon Kim's return, Rose had no choice but to leave Home Farm, her daughter Dawn Taylor, her sick grandson Evan, and older grandson Lucas. Kim and Will forced Rose to hide in the back of their truck as they drove her out of the village and left her in a remote part of the countryside.

Feeling sorry for her, Will gave her some money while Kim made her call Dawn to tell her she had left Home Farm. They then left Rose alone by the side of the road, reports the Manchester Evening News.

Later in the episode, a tearful Rose was seen looking at a drawing from Lucas, lamenting that being their grandmother was "nice while it lasted".

The truck emblazoned with 'Home Farm' pulled up abruptly next to Rose, and in a blink, she was gone, leaving only her possessions scattered on the ground.

As Kim and Will returned to Home Farm through separate entrances, the question on everyone's lips is: who whisked Rose away?

Emmerdale enthusiasts took to Twitter, speculating that Kim might have exacted lethal revenge. One fan posted: "The strongest message. Don't cross Kim Tate in any way or else. #Emmerdale."

Another chimed in with: "What has Kim done to Rose? #Emmerdale", and a third queried: "#Emmerdale Has Kim killed her?!."

Yet another viewer speculated: "Ooo has Kim done the right thing and done her in #Emmerdale".
