Jamie Lee Curtis Apologizes For Criticizing MCU - "I Will Do Better"
Veteran actor Jamie Lee Curtis has apologized for comments she made about Marvel, saying what she said was "stupid." For anyone just catching up, Curtis was recently asked if she knew which "phase" the MCU was currently in, and she said, "bad."
Curtis has now tried to distance herself from those comments, saying on Instagram that she's going to stop criticizing other creators and will be more selective with her media appearances in the future.
"If I'm a leader, then a leader shouldn't talk shit about other collaborative art form creators. My comments about Marvel were stupid and I will do better," she said. "I've reached out to Kevin Feige and will no longer play in that mud-slinging sandbox of competition nor will I engage in the toilet paper promotion or game play that is designed for clicks not content."
