Corrie fans 'work out' Kit murder twist - and it's not looking good for Paul
Coronation Street viewers are convinced Kit Green will kill his half-brother Paul Foreman in a tragic twist. Last week, the long-running ITV soap aired a special episode explored from Paul's point of view during his final trip around Weatherfield after discovering he will be housebound.
Paul, played by Peter Ash, is dying having been diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease last year, and has decided he wants to die with dignity before his condition fully advances.
His husband Billy (Daniel Brocklebank) convinced Paul to allow them to share more time together in very emotional scenes. However, Todd Grimshaw (Gareth Pierce) also shared concern over Paul wanting to end his life during Monday's episode (July 29).
Billy suggested they should tell their loved ones about his plan to give them a chance to "prepare themselves a bit", but Paul simply replied: "Too painful."
Paul confirmed to Billy that he did still want to die with dignity, but after a visit with sister Gemma (Dolly-Rose Campbell) and niece Carys, he decided he was "not ready" yet.

Paul wanted to end his life (Image: ITV)Paul also reminded Billy: "It's my 34th birthday soon… I'm sticking around. Rude not to!". Billy was overjoyed that Paul had reconsidered ending his life and cuddled him to end another emotional episode.
But some Corrie fans are convinced Paul will not ask Billy to help end his life, and instead Kit will kill him.
The bent copper, played by Jacob Roberts, recently rocked up to Weatherfield as the long-lost son of Bernie Winter (Jane Hazlegrove) who had given him up 30 years before.
Taxing to X, one viewer wrote: "I still stand by my theory of Kit killing Paul as he’s determined to ruin Bernie’s life and he’s already made a start by turning the twins against her and helping Gemma. I was under the impression that he could die during the two hander."

A second added: "Or Kit kills Paul himself and he frames Bernie or Billy. #Corrie #CoronationStreet."
A third chimed in: "I have a terrible feeling that Paul will decide to end his life next week after a “Special day” with Billy as his MND deteriorates. Although I do not trust kit when it comes to Billy helping him with the suicide. Maybe kit tries to frame Bernie? #Corrie."
"I like Kit but I don't trust him. Can't work out his intentions #Corrie", added another.
