Blue Peter icon Katy Hill rose to prominence in the late 90s but has since left her television and radio career behind for a completely new venture.

The 53-year-old star was a fixture on the beloved CBBC show from 1995 to 2000, before transitioning to BBC One's Live and Kicking until 2001. Known for her daring stunts on Blue Peter, she even became the first civilian to fly with the Red Arrows.

Her time on the children's show opened up more opportunities, leading her to host Top of the Pops, Football Fever, BBC's Holiday and her own weekend show on Capital FM. Katy also regularly contributed to glossy magazines like Cosmopolitan Hair and Beauty, Hello! and Closer, and in 2004, she secured second place on Channel 4's The Games.

Later in her career, she hosted radio shows for Heart Radio, wrote weekly blogs and served as a relief presenter on ITV's Daybreak, according to OK!.

However, Katy is now less visible on our television screens, as she has become a life coach and started her own business. Identifying herself as an 'Internationally Certified Success and Confidence Coach', she frequently shares motivational content on social media.

Katy also runs her own newsletter, The Limitless List, which provides inspiring quotes and messages. In addition to her illustrious TV career, Katy Hill offers a range of programmes, live groups, and one-on-one coaching sessions aimed at empowering her members.

Her Instagram bio proudly proclaims: "The shy kid who refused to play small and spent 30 years on TV! Now empowering women like YOU to UNLOCK your CONFIDENCE and CLAIM the SUCCESS you deserve!"

Katy is blissfully wed to Trey Farley, with whom she formerly shared the screen as co-hosts on Live and Kicking. The couple has enjoyed more than two decades of marriage and are doting parents to their two children, Kaya and Akira.

This month, the couple celebrated a significant milestone their 20th wedding anniversary. Katy took to social media to express her love, sharing throwback photos from their nuptials alongside a touching message for her husband.

She penned a loving note saying: "20 Years of US! 20 Years of Mr and Mrs Farley! What a ride we're on @rocaflix ... nobody else I'd rather be doing LIFE with! Happy 20 babe! Let's make more amazing memories! X (Ours was the Hans Zimmer version - obvs!)".

Prior to her union with Trey, Katy was married to her teenage sweetheart, Andrew Frampton. The pair exchanged vows in 1999 but went their separate ways in 2001.
