Rylan Clark is set to host a new dating show that features singletons looking for love at a stunning villa - in the nude. The new reality series, launching on Paramount+ next month, has been described as " Love Island on steroids" thanks to its raunchy tone.

It's been revealed that Rylan Clark will be the only clothed star on the series, with production bosses confirming a no-clothes policy as contestants get to know each other in the nude.

The Mirror reports Paramount+ has warned viewers the new series "contains full nudity without any blurring or pixelation".

The show follows 10 singles seeking romance while living in the nude at a luxury Colombian villa. Paramount+ teased viewers: "This show contains full nudity without any blurring or pixelation".

Contestants face challenges as new arrivals join and potentially disrupt existing relationships. Each episode includes dates and an elimination round dubbed the "Dumping Ground".

Dating Naked offers a cash prize of £50,000 for the lucky winning couple at the finale.

Originally aired in the US in 2013 on VH1 before being scrapped after three seasons, the UK will be the next country to experience this new reality dating show.

Who will be starring in Dating Naked?

The lucky singletons include 24-year-old builder from Essex, Billy Field, Las Vegas hairdresser Chrislove Brandt, 32-year-old personal trainer Dan Ash and 27-year-old Canadian Dominik Herbert.

Participants in the provocative programme include Emily Read, 26, Lauren Beschi, also 26, Mike Durrant, 29, Rico Hammett aged 30, the enigmatic 32-year-old Romeo, and 26-year-old Tiegan Rudge.

Nail technician and show aspirant Lauren from Herts divulged to The Sun: "I did have sex on the show - a lot of us did."

Boasting about the show's edge, she exclaimed: "I mean, this show literally blows the socks off 'Love Island'."

She further commented on the shows format: "I think you get to know people better being naked all the time. There's no judgment."

Dan, a personal trainer hailing from Woking, shared his perspective: "I thought everyone would just want to jump on people but for most there was a real bond."

He observed the intimate dynamics within the show, noting: "There was a lot of sex in the villa but it wasn't casual, there were feelings involved."

Emily, a social media executive from Stockport, added her own insights: "It shows what can happen when you strip back to basics, on everything, not just clothes."

She pinpointed the benefit of vulnerability: "It actually builds better connections in friendships as well as romantically."

Since shining on ITV's The X Factor, Rylan Clark has scaled the heights of TV celebrity.

Starting at 16, he delved into part-time modelling and sharpened his entertainment chops with stints in Take That and Westlife tribute bands in Ibiza, as well as harmonizing with a Spanish boyband.

In 2012, Rylan made a splash on the ninth series of The X Factor, impressing judges Louis Walsh, Gary Barlow, Tulisa and guest judge Rita Ora with his friendly banter and bubbly personality, before performing a dance version of Des'ree's Kissing You.

Despite being eliminated by the judges in week 8, it was clear that this wouldn't be the last we would see of Rylan.

He later appeared on Celebrity Big Brother and launched a successful presenting career, hosting shows such as Big Brother, Celebrity Big Brother's Bit On The Side, The Xtra Factor and his own Channel 5 chat show, Up Late With Rylan.

His presenting roles expanded to include This Morning, the revived Supermarket Sweep and Strictly It Takes Two, before he took over commentary duties for Eurovision.
