Alison Hammond says 'I'll miss you' as she announces Dermot's This Morning replacement
Alison Hammond confirmed who would be replacing Dermot O'Leary on This Morning next week. The duo, who usually co-hosts the ITV programme on Friday, have been fronting the show all week in replace of Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard.
After cutting to the Loose Women studio, Alison told viewers: "I'll be back with you on Monday where I am going to be hosting alongside Joel Dommett."
Dermot jokingly put his head in his hands as his co-star continued: "I am going to be taking you to the seaside with Phil Vickery."
"I am going to miss you," Alison added as she turned towards Dermot.
This Morning was full of chaos on Friday after Alison and Dermot decided to present the show from outside of the studio. Not only did Alison almost swear, but Dermot also walked off set during one segment.

Alison began by explaining a third of employees like to "take time out" in the toilets.
"I actually do this quite often," Alison confessed.
"You know when you want a bit of a break. There's a new survey out that found a third of employees visit the loo just to take a little breather."

"Oh yeah," Dermot replied as Alison continued: "You know when everyone is doing your head in, you go in the toilet, sit on the toilet for a bit...and you know, just chill out."
Before Alison could finish her sentence, Dermot decided to get up out and walk away. "Dermot has gone," Alison observed as Isla burst into laughter.
As Dermot tried to enter the studio doors, the host added: "He tried."
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV.
