Hong Kong stocks finished higher on Wednesday. At the close of trade, the Hang Seng Index was up 11 points, or 0.1%, at 17,739. The Shanghai Composite Index ended down 0.5% at 2,962, while the smaller Shenzhen index ended down 0.8%. (Reuters)
