Tom Kemp golf scramble scheduled for July 8

Jun. 27—The third annual Tom Kemp Memorial Golf Scramble is scheduled for July 8 at the Oak Hills Golf & Country Club; The tournament, sponsored by The GLOCO, LLC, will begin with a 9 a.m. shotgun start.
