The One Show is usually broadcast at 7pm every night on BBC One and BBC iPlayer with hosts Alex Jones, Roman Kemp, and Jermaine Jenas but viewers might have to alter their plans for Monday, June 24.

The broadcaster's focus shifts towards UEFA Euro 2024 coverage meaning The One Show won't air in its usual slot.

The One Show has not always held fast to its usual broadcast spot recently, having been replaced before for football coverage and for a politics special aired by the BBC prior to the upcoming General Election.

Notably, host Alex Jones had previously informed viewers of these changes on last Friday's episode. She advised her audience: "We'll be back on Monday on BBC Two with Michael Sheen, and we are talking to Arlene Phillips, Jeevan Braich, and Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber about Starlight Express have a lovely weekend."

Fans of the show will now need to tune in to BBC Two instead to catch tonight's episode, which will be airing at an adjusted time of 7:10pm.

This modification is due to BBC broadcasting The Panorama Interviews with Nick Robinson: Adrian Ramsay, Green Party spotlight at 7pm, and the start of the Croatia v Italy match in Germany from 7:30pm, with kick-off scheduled for 8pm, reports Wales Online.

On Tuesday, June 25, The One Show will be shifted to BBC Two at 7:10pm to accommodate the France v Poland match that begins at 5pm. This pattern continues throughout the week, with The One Show broadcasting on BBC Two at 7:05pm on Wednesday, June 26 and 7pm on Friday, June 28.

Casualty has also had to move from its usual schedule slot (Image: BBC) window.topArticlesScript="https://cdn.images.express.co.uk/js/dist/article-top-articles20240619.min.js"

The One Show isn't the only programme to be pulled from the schedule as Casualty won't air on Saturday evening.

As the Euro 2024 coverage continues to dominate, fans will be forced to miss out on their latest dose of drama from the A&E department in Holby.

The third episode of the latest series, Storm Damage, has been postponed and it's not yet know when it will air. The 12-part series has seen the Casualty cast battle a powerful storm with Cam at the centre of the chaos.
