Strictly's Janette Manrara has 'mum guilt' as she takes break from Aljaz and baby daughter
Strictly Come Dancing star Janette Manrara has opened up about feeling "guilty" after taking a break away from her partner Aljaz Škorjanec and their baby daughter. In her recent Instagram post, Janette shared a series of snaps as she enjoyed a short break to Marbella with Ashley Roberts.
The professional dancer was all smiles as she posed with her pal - with one snap showing Janette on the beach while another showed the mum of one laughing as the pair enjoyed an evening out. However, despite having a good time, Janette admitted there was "mum guilt happening".
Along with the photos, she wrote: "A short but sweet weekend escape! 48 hrs of me time and sun in Marbella w/ @iamashleyroberts is just what was needed. Sunshine, plasters, dinner, and face masks. Proper girlie time.
"There was definitely some mum guilt happening, but it’s important take time for ourselves too. Also, really missed spending time w/ Ash. It was long overdue. Love you sis." (sic)
Ashley simply replied to the post: "Marbs wasn’t ready." The dancer's followers also replied to the post with many supporting Janette's need for "mum time".

Aljaz and Janette welcomed their baby daughter Lyra Rose in 2023 and often share parenting updates on social media.
Taking to his Instagram stories on Sunday, Aljaz shared an adorable video with his daughter describing it as the "happiest posts you'll ever see".
He explained to his followers that Lyla had slept through the night for over eight hours. He said: "That is pretty special."
He went on to share a photo of the pair visiting some donkeys as they took a "Sunday stroll".
