Chelsea players non-plussed by Pochettino training methods

Former Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino's training sessions were found to be limited.

That is the view of many of the club's senior players, who did admire Pochettino.

Per The Athletic, Pochettino's Stamford Bridge departure stunned the first team squad this week.

However, some were underwhelmed by coaching sessions during the season.

Using both Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo as a midfield pair also raised eyebrows among many in the squad.

Now the club is looking for a new head coach ahead of the 2024/2025 season, with the board having a preference for a younger manager.
