Premier League LIVE: Arsenal pray for Man City miracle as Jurgen Klopp leaves Liverpool

It's the final day of the 2023-24 Premier League season with Manchester City and Arsenal both dreaming of ending it as champions. Treble-winners City are chasing a historic fourth successive league title while the Gunners have not won the league for 20 years.

And the title race is not the only event of the day. Elsewhere, Jurgen Klopp will say an emotional goodbye to Liverpool at Anfield while today also serves as David Moyes' final match as West Ham manager and Roberto De Zerbi's last game at Brighton.

The Seagulls face a Manchester United team needing to better Newcastle's result vs Brentford in order to qualify for Europe. Fifth-placed Tottenham need at least a draw against Sheffield United to guarantee themselves a Europa League spot and face being leapfrogged by Chelsea if they lose.

At the bottom, Luton need to beat Fulham by a big score and hope Nottingham Forest are thrashed at Burnley. They have a 12-goal difference to make up meaning they are effectively consigned to relegation barring an obscene miracle.

All 10 games will kick off at the same time: 4pm.

Mikel Arteta has not given up faith that Arsenal can clinch the title this afternoon.

The Spaniard said: “It’s one of the biggest weeks for many of us, and certainly now is the most important moment. I’m really excited and can't wait for Sunday to be in front of us, and I’m very optimistic with the possible outcome.

“We are in the last day of the season playing for the Premier League. The Premier League trophy hasn't been at Emirates Stadium and that was built almost 20 years ago, so that's a long, long time. So yes, we have to be very optimistic. We have to do our duties, and then we have to wait and see what happens."

Pep Guardiola says his Manchester City team must be perfect if they are to wrap up the title at home to West Ham.

Any slip up will allow Arsenal to snatch the trophy, should they beat Everton.

“We want to experience [winning the title] again, but you have to perform and have to do something to win,” said Guardiola.

“How you show resilience in the bad moments against Aston Villa or Spurs for two examples.

“This is my feeling, consequences. What we have to do to win and control with transitions the ball.

“Paqueta, Kudus, Bowen, Soucek… the long balls. How to defend every single ball, free-kicks, corners.

“How you control Antonio in the channels. All demanding every single second that we are perfect. That is all I have in my mind."
