Slated to open its doors on 1 May 2024, this new restaurant promises to captivate the discerning palates of First Class Magazine‘s readers with its seafood-driven menu, warm Australian hospitality, and a unique connection to the city’s maritime heritage.
“For the past eight years, Pier One Sydney Harbour has led with fine-dining degustation and chef-selection menus,” states Pier One Sydney Harbour General Manager, Kim Mahaffy.
“After listening to our guests and the local community, we have evolved the restaurant to celebrate a more casual and relaxed style of dining, leading with an à la carte menu, or a feed-me menu for those wanting to take the hassle out of ordering.”
Helming the kitchen of Pier Dining is Chef de Cuisine Dimitri Damman, a rising culinary talent hailing from France. Boasting a wealth of expertise from working in esteemed international restaurants, Damman has honed his skills under the tutelage of Australia’s best chefs at Pier One since 2015, ensuring that the restaurant’s legacy of showcasing emerging culinary stars remains at the forefront.
