Police arrest man in Tai Wai in cannabis bust

Police say they have charged a 40-year-old man with one count of trafficking in dangerous drugs, following his arrest on Monday in Tai Wai. Police say the man was arrested on Chui Tin Street, where he was allegedly found with 200 grammes of suspected cannabis buds in his possession. Officers then found over 800 grammes of suspected buds and suspected drug packaging tools at a flat nearby. Police say the suspected drugs have a street value of about HK$250,000.
