Emmerdale downfall 'sealed' for Eric Pollard as villager takes their revenge

Kerry Wyatt (played by Laura Norton) decides to seek revenge on Eric Pollard (Chris Chris Chittell) in upcoming Emmerdale scenes after he swindled her last month, leaving her to fall out with her daughter Amy Wyatt (Natalie Ann Jameson) on her wedding day.

Kerry, who recently returned to the ITV serial drama after becoming a cruise ship singer, promised Amy she'd be able to pay for her wedding to Matty Barton (Ash Palmisciano). She thought a necklace which was gifted to her by her ex would cover the cost of their big day, but it all ended in tears.

She gave the necklace to Eric for him to value it, but he told Kerry it was worth around £100. It was nowhere near enough to cover Amy's wedding, but Kerry didn't break the news to her until the morning of the ceremony.

While the wedding eventually went ahead thanks to someone else's generosity, Kerry was not welcome at the ceremony. She tried to sneak into Home Farm dressed in disguise, but Matty was quick to kick her out before Amy walked down the aisle.

A gutted Amy did not want anything to do with her mother after the wedding and told her to leave the Yorkshire Dales. However, Kerry is determined to catch conniving Pollard out in upcoming scenes.

ITV soap spoilers have revealed she tricks her way into Pollard's barn and finds a way to log into his laptop.

She soon discovers he swindled her by selling her necklace for a fortune behind her back.

A furious Kerry then starts plotting revenge, convincing Tracy Metcalfe (Amy Walsh) to let her run a cash-only sale at the local shop.

She ransacks the establishment as the villagers pick up their bargains.
