Liverpool will have to pay up if they are seeking to hire Arne Slot from Feyenoord.

The Dutch Cup winners and the 2022-2023 Eredivisie champions could be losing their head coach.

Slot is being deemed the favorite, per The Mail and other sources, for the Anfield job.

He has jumped ahead of Ruben Amorim in the pecking order to replace Jurgen Klopp.

Per the source, the Reds face a bill of £8.59 million if they want to hire Slot this summer.

There have not yet been any formal talks about the deal, but they are expected soon.
